Who we are
WeBoom is a trade name of Indevise, established at Hoogstraat 62, 3600 Genk, Belgium, company number BE0721800655. Indevise is the controller for the data processed through weboom.agency.

What we collect
This website has no forms, no accounts and no tracking. You can visit it without leaving anything behind except the following.
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records your IP address, the requested address, the time, your browser type and the referring page on every visit. This happens out of technical necessity, not because we ask for it.
What you send us yourself. If you email us or book a call, we process the data you provide: your name, your email address and whatever you write.
What we use this data for
We use server logs to keep the site running, to trace faults and to block abuse. We build no profiles with them and do not analyse them for marketing.
What you send us, we use to answer your question and — if an assignment comes out of it — to prepare and carry it out.
Legal basis
For the server logs we rely on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): a website that works and is secure. For your message or booking, the basis is the performance of a contract or the steps leading up to one (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep data
Server logs are deleted automatically by our hosting provider within a few weeks. Correspondence we keep for as long as it is relevant to the relationship, and afterwards for at most seven years where the statutory retention duty for administration requires it.
Who we share data with
We sell nothing on. We engage these processors, and no one else:
- Netlify — hosting of this website. Receives the server logs above. Netlify is based in the United States; the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Cal.com — the booking page the button on this site leads to. If you book a call, Cal.com processes your name, email address and the chosen time. That happens on their own domain, under their own privacy policy.
- Our email and administration software — for handling your message and, in case of an assignment, invoicing.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Send your request to robbe@weboom.agency. We respond within a month. To avoid giving data to the wrong person, we may ask you to prove your identity.
Complaints
If you disagree with how we handle your data, tell us — we would rather solve it ourselves. You also always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels,contact@apd-gba.be.

Changes to this policy
If anything about the site changes that makes this policy inaccurate, we update it and change the date above. For a substantial change we actively notify whoever is a client at that moment.
